Leadership Development Programs & Customized Certifications

Leadership development programs require meeting more than the need of the moment; an understanding of the future vision of the firm, the gaps that need to be addressed, and a focus on connection among your best and brightest are critical to its impact being felt years after a cohort completes its official journey. My programs are designed around two core beliefs:

  1. There is exponential power in peer learning. When growth (through coaching) and learning (through training) happens in teams, the impact on the culture is tenfold.

  2. When we focus on causes not symptoms, lasting change is possible. Too many manager trainings target symptoms without addressing underlying conditions required for lasting change. By combining peer coaching with training, we address root causes and design opportunities to ensure the impact is long-lasting.

I’ve been designing and implementing leadership development programs globally for almost 10 years. JA Worldwide, the two-time Nobel Peace Prize nominated organization, with chapters in more than 115 countries, has entrusted me to design and run their global high potential leaders program. Separately, I have designed executive training programs for a NY-based global financial organization, as well as a global consulting firm.

Customized Certifications

I have two decades of experience designing customized workshops, programs, and train-the-trainer initiatives. Clients have included billion-dollar companies, startups and elite business schools. Beginning when I founded IBM’s Corporate Social Responsibility Consulting practice globally, I designed global sales and implementation training for consultants to partner and execute on sustainability initiatives with clients worldwide.

Today I design white-label immersive workshops and certifications based on specific client needs, often related to best-selling books on culture, leadership, innovation, coaching and more.
